I have written a very elementary list, (in one of my daughter's seriously cool multi coloured pencils!)of things that I would like to keep implementing before I head back into 'normal' life. I am going to stick it on the fridge and try to glance at it when I'm trying to rush through my days at a million miles an hour in the hope it will encourage me to pause, to check myself.
As we creakily shift into first gear out of this third lockdown in the UK with schools returning next week can we pause. Before we rush back to being busy again can we pause and reflect on anything we might want to hold onto. Were there any benefits? Is there anything we would like to keep before normal life floods back.
