I am passionate about movement. It is how our bodies stay strong and supple, how we release what the week has thrown at us and how we can understand ourselves more deeply.
It doesn’t matter how we move, we just want to try and fit more movement into our day in a way that works for us.
Maybe dance around your kitchen to your favourite song, squeeze in a walk in nature or try one of my embodied movement practices.
